No coasting. It's a firm policy and a commitment you will make to keep the practice of law challenging and exciting as possible. KT developed the Coaching Program to offer a framework in which every Associate would have access to the time, resources, and wisdom of a more senior attorney in the Firm.
Coaches direct the strategic planning and progress of your career. You will meet monthly with your Coach to ask questions, share information, monitor your progress, and get regular feedback.
